Germany and India - Mobile Space, the pavilion buildings
pavilion-buildings on tour through five megacities
Development of 16 different pavilion-buildings for the presentation of Germany in India. Commissioned by the German Federal Foreign Office under the supervision of the Goethe-Institut and BDI. Temporary set-up of pavilions in the five cities Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, New Delhi and Pune as “Urban Mela – mobile space” in 2012/13. For this project new pavilion designs as textile buildings with membranes and steel constructions were developed.
